Group coaching: masterclass for team performance

We have designed our group coaching Masterclass offering to meet every single one of these best practice needs.
As part of a select small group, you will target eight areas affecting team performance over a three-month period. Your Blackmill coach will guide and facilitate the sessions, so that every member can explore their individual pain points. You will get to address actual challenges, gain new ideas from the group, and build a network of trusted peers.
What's included?
This three-month coaching program includes:
- An industry-leading participant:coach ratio of no more than six:one, with two of our IECL certified coaches.
- A balance of learning, action and accountability so you can make real progress.
- An initial 30-minute one:one call to identify what you want to achieve, so the program can be tailored to the needs of the participants.
- 8x fortnightly online group coaching calls of 90 minutes, each one dedicated to a different area of team performance, with reflections and accountability a key component.
- Access to a private space where the group can communicate outside of the coaching sessions.
- Unlimited async access to your coach for the duration of the group coaching, via email or slack.
- A wrap-up 30-minute one:one call to consolidate your learning and prepare your personal strategy for what’s next.
