Group coaching

Transform your team performance through group coaching

As a leader, you understand the importance of effective team performance in achieving your company's goals. However, identifying and addressing the challenges that hinder this performance can be difficult. Three of the most common challenges leaders face include unclear priorities, poor communication, and misaligned expectations. Do you experience any of these? Maybe your challenges are different. But the premise of what we suggest is still the same. We all could use support to do the the best work we can.

What would you give for an extra month every year?

If you can increase team performance by just 10%, that's a huge gain in capacity. You could spend it on: paying down technical debt; having the breathing room to hire and mentor junior staff; investing effort in longer term strategic initiatives; getting more projects done; or even just getting the same amount of work done, but at higher quality and less burnout.

Review, refresh and refine your skills

As a leader, your organisation needs you at your best, but finding the right level of professional development can be hard. Ideally you want training that:

  • can easily fit around your existing workload,
  • provides specific, and actionable learning,
  • is personalised to your needs, context and situation,
  • produces lasting change, and
  • represents good value for money.

We have designed our group coaching offering to meet your needs.

With group coaching, you work with a small group of peers to address specific areas related to leadership and team performance. Our coaches will guide and facilitate the sessions so that every member can explore their individual situations and build a network of trusted peers.

Why group coaching instead of individual coaching?

Group coaching has three main benefits: learning from like-minded peers, building a support network, and being more cost-effective.

Elle and Lachlan's coaching has been a huge help as we've been scaling and formalising the engineering team at Raisely. They've been able to play the role of coach, mentor and consultant in a blend that I've found incredibly valuable. I've yet to come across another organisation that can coach at a personal level and also give tailored advice shaped by their domain knowledge.

Their ability to listen, understand, empathise and advise is wonderful. I always leave our sessions with a clearer view on the long term vision, an understanding of the reasons for moving in a particular direction, and an actionable set of next steps to get there. Their advice is always tailored to our team and circumstances, and never feels like generic one-size-fits-all advice.

If you're in a similar position to myself, and trying to figure out how to formalise a technlogy team at a growing startup, Elle and Lachlan are the people to get you there!
